This building project concerns the branch of the Technological Educational Institute of Western Macedonia in Kastoria. It is located outside the city at the area of Maniakon. The study includes:

- masterplan of the area
- pre-study of the installations arrangement
- scematic landscape design plan, and
- complete study of the two complex buildings, that house: the teaching rooms, the library, the lecture rooms/amphitheatres, the administration offices, the laboratories, the teachers' offices and the auxiliary areas
