The project concerns a commercial and leisure center (Mall), located in Larissa in an area of 100.000 sq. m.

The complex includes: 83 shops, 3 department stores, 1 supermarket, 19 cafe-restaurant-snack bars, 3 cinema screens and other leisure facilities. The buildings occupy an area of 32.000 sq. m. in two levels, while the external areas include public event spaces (squares, landscaped recreation areas) and parking spaces for 1.500 cars.
