The project concerns a building complex of 2.300 sq. m including a complete theater and conference center of 330 seats, as well as an open air cinema of 260 seats situated on the terrace of the building.

The building is located on one of the most central road axis of greater Thessaloniki, and therefore its significance exceeds local character.
