Building complex with underground car park (120 spaces), 2008, 13.980.000 €

The project concerns an office building complex, consisting of three six -storey buildings and two basements. The buildings are connected via closed bridges, while separate lifts and staircases connect each building to the basement.

The communication between the buildings is done around internal patios, which contribute to the natural lighting and ventilation of the buildings. At ground level the patios are landscaped as gardens which are extended to the exterior creating meeting and leisure spaces.

Concerning the morphology of the building, wood and metal are the main elements. A metal mesh covers the south and west elevations, while a system of louvers and canopies protects the rest elevations from the sun. The geometry and the wooden surfaces of balconies and gallery refer to a sail boat, an image that is totally harmonized with the building location across the port and the sea.
